On Thursday, December 1st, 2022, the BCCEC held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Margaritaville Beach Resort. It was a great evening for Chamber members to meet and network and learn about the activities that took place this year and plans for the coming new year. In her opening speech, Chairman Mrs. Khrystle Rutherford-Ferguson expressed her appreciation for the contribution and support from the BCCEC membership, staff, and Board of Directors to reach the goals of the BCCEC and to continue the work within the Bahamian business community. She highlighted the active contributions of the various Chamber committees throughout the year and the effective cooperation with local and international stakeholders in the effort of advocacy.
In addition, BCCEC Treasurer Mr. Don Williams delivered the key contents of the Financial Report for 2022. The Year in Review 2022 presentation highlighting key developments and achievements by the BCCEC was presented and is available for viewing.
