The Board of Directors of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation (BCCEC) is pleased to invite all members to the Annual General Meeting (AGM2025).

As a voting year, members will have the opportunity to elect the new Board of Directors who will continue to lead the Chamber’s mission of strengthening and advancing the Bahamian business community.
Join us as we review the year’s progress, share key updates, and chart the course for the future of Bahamian enterprise!
What is the AGM?
The Annual General Meeting is a vital event where Chamber members come together to:

Reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and challenges.

Elect the 2025 Board of Directors.

Network with fellow business and community leaders.
As outlined in our formal notice, 2025 is an election year for the Board of Directors. The following positions will become vacant ahead of the AGM:

Chairman (1 seat)

Vice-Chairman (1 seat)

Secretary (1 seat)

Treasurer (1 seat)

Directors (10 seats)
The Board invites members to submit ballots to fill these positions. The Board also proposes the following Agenda:

Please note that only Chamber members who have paid their membership dues in full for 2025 will have voting rights, and can stand for election. If your company is not in good financial standing, we kindly ask that you bring your membership current before the AGM so that your voice may be heard.

The deadline to submit your ballot to the BCCEC Office is Thursday, November 20th, 2025 by 2:00 PM
