In this month's newsletter, the BCCEC issued a press statement regarding the Corporate Income Tax Green Paper. We welcome all BCCEC Members to provide their valuable feedback on this important matter. Additionally, the Ministry of Social Services and Urban Development has recently tabled the Protection Against Violence Bill 2023 in the House of Assembly and we encourage all BCCEC Members to submit their views, thoughts, and recommendations for the completion of the bill ahead of the parliamentary debate.
Our Embracing Digital Transformation Conversation Series has been a great success, with a focus this month on Holistic Branding and Digital Transformation. The BCCEC is also thrilled to welcome our newest OKX Bahamas FinTech Company Ltd.
In Trade News, you can read the recap of our B2B B2B Virtual Networking Mixer event that took place in collaboration with The Caribbean Council. Lastly, we are planning for our BCCEC Trade Expo, scheduled to take place in November 2023. This event promises to be a highlight of the year, and we look forward to sharing more details with you as they become available.
