Describe what your business provides for its customers: Quality safety, protection, and security products are at the top of the agenda for We Buy U Sell Group Co. Ltd. We provide tiles, hurricane impact windows, and doors.
Give us a brief history of your business and what makes it unique: The late Rodney Adderley was no stranger to the sales industry, having spent seventeen-plus years as an entrepreneur and business development manager. Prior to starting We Buy U-Sell Group Co. Ltd., Mr. Adderley spent twelve-plus years in China working alongside numerous manufacturing companies to provide imported goods for wholesalers in The Bahamas.
He later decided to open his own business specializing in Hurricane Impact Doors and Windows. Mr. Adderley's vision for the company was to reduce the cost of living for residents all over The Bahamas. His vision was driven by relentless determination, astounding discipline, creativity, and his faith in God.
Rodney ensured that his wife, Mrs. Patrice Adderley, was well equipped for managing We Buy U Sell Group Co. Ltd. She and their five beautiful children Charnice, Belinda, Rodney Jr., Ophrah, and Sunae are passionate about furthering the success of the business and are determined to carry on his legacy and vision for the company. The uniqueness of the company is found in the spirit of excellence displayed in both service and products.
What’s the most exciting recent highlight for your business? We are most grateful that we had the opportunity to serve and protect our customers during the hurricane seasons.
Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months? In the next 12 months, we envision our business expanding in all areas including new products.
What advice would you offer to someone starting their own small business? Our advice to someone starting their own small business is to be passionate about what you want to do, develop a savings and a business plan, learn your industry, and believe in yourself.
