The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers' Confederation (BCCEC) proudly hosted its 4th Annual Chamber Classic Golf Tournament on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the stunning Royal Blue Golf Club, Baha Mar Resort, bringing together approximately 70 golfers from across The Bahamas' business community for a day of networking, friendly competition, and giving back.

As one of the Chamber's signature annual events, the Chamber Classic continues to strengthen relationships within the private sector by providing a relaxed setting for business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and Chamber members to connect beyond the boardroom. The tournament also serves as an important fundraising initiative that supports the Chamber's work to advance a stronger business environment in The Bahamas.

This year, the Chamber was especially proud to dedicate a portion of the tournament proceeds and silent auction funds to The Cancer Society of The Bahamas, reinforcing its commitment to supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact within our community.

The day began with registration and a delicious breakfast, generously provided by IHOP Bahamas, where participants enjoyed the restaurant's signature pancakes and eggs before gathering for the official welcome and 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.

Throughout the course, golfers enjoyed a variety of sponsor activations that enhanced the tournament experience. Caribbean Bottling Company Bahamas Ltd., the tournament's Beverage Sponsor, kept players refreshed with hydration stations positioned throughout the course featuring branded coolers stocked with water and soft drinks, alongside Coors Light and Monument beverages.

As the tournament's Wellness Sponsor, Nassau Agencies and Applied Nutrition helped golfers stay energized by distributing protein water, NA11 hydration drinks, and protein chips throughout the afternoon.

One of the day's biggest highlights was the Hole-in-One Contest, sponsored by Summit Insurance in partnership with EZ Car Sales Ltd. Golfers had the opportunity to win a brand-new, fully electric Hongqi EHS5 SUV, adding an extra level of excitement to the competition.

Following an enjoyable morning on the course, participants gathered for lunch, generously sponsored by NUA Insurance Agents & Brokers, before concluding the day with a networking reception and awards presentation, sponsored by Cable Bahamas, where players celebrated outstanding performances while continuing to strengthen valuable business relationships.

The event also featured a lively Silent Auction, with generous contributions from sponsors and supporters. The auction provided participants with another opportunity to support the Chamber's initiatives while contributing to its charitable donation to The Cancer Society of The Bahamas.
