The Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility (CCPF), Inter-American Development Bank is collaborating with the Arbitration and Mediation Court of the Caribbean (AMCC) to increase the private sector’s access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and other Conflict Management services.
Your feedback is critical to ensuring that AMCC provides services that are tailored to meet your needs. The aim of this survey is to collect data, which will allow AMCC to better understand the conflicts and disputes faced by MSMEs; how these impact business performance; current approaches to managing conflicts and resolving disputes; and MSMEs’ support needs.
