The Ministry of Finance is pleased to invite members of the business community to attend an informational Zoom webinar to assist incorporated entities with their CESRA substance reporting: "How To Comply for CESRA"
They will be conducting three sessions which will be facilitated by Mr. Stephen Coakley Wells, Director of Regulatory & International Affairs, Ministry of Finance - Office of The Financial Secretary to assist companies with meeting their annual reporting deadlines.
Session Dates & Times:
Session 1 - January 14, 2021 - 2PM-4PM
Session 2- January 15, 2021 - 2PM-4PM
Session 3 - January 18, 2021 - 9:30AM -11:30AM**
**Please note that the session on the 18th is primarily for the benefit of persons in Europe and Asia, but locals may also participate in the session as well.
Participants will be required to register in advance to attend and can submit pertinent questions about the filing process at time of registration.
