Describe what your business provides for its customers: Our business provides services and treatments to enhance, heal and soothe the individual’s mind and body.
Give us a brief history of your business and what makes it unique: Our business is unique in that, we offer our unique line of products. We seek to provide unique services such as Photobiomodulation which the majority of our competitors do not offer.
What’s the most exciting recent highlight for your business? Our most recent highlight of the operation is the implementation of the Photobiomodulation program and the introduction of our two (2) Pink Sand products – the Scrub and the Moisturizer and our new Yellow Elder skin refining cream. These were three (3) of the Bahamian products vetted and chosen for display and distribution opportunities at the Dubai Expo 2020.
Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months? We would like to see our business branch out into the Resort Spa location and gain traction in the global distribution arena for our products within the next twelve months.
What advice would you offer to someone starting their own small business? In terms of advice to a new operation or to persons starting up, I would advise individuals to find products or an operation that is unique and one that offers the public a proprietary
service or product. Then market it via all marketing channels. Try to expand globally and
finally ensure that one is supplied with the capital to see this phase through. Additionally,
be consistent with reinvesting in your business.

Describe what your business provides for its customers: We provide Pest control and Hygiene solutions to our customers. We identify and treat all termites in any type of building or boat. This can be dealing with Subterranean or dry wood termites. Localised or tenting/fumigation work, here in New Providence or across the family islands.
Other pests are rodents, cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, sand flies and all biting insects, snails, centipedes and basically, all types of pests that can invade your property ( racoons are a recent phenomenon ) We offer immediate and long term treatments.
Our Hygiene side offers regular wash routines in washrooms and bathrooms in any location, with disinfection solutions for immediate requests, to sanitizer and sanitizer stations, air purifiers and Hygiene audits to name but a few options.

We aim to resolve issues and have built that reputation over time. Expanding and absorbing other companies to increase our contract work. We employ team members who have been in the business for 20 years, their knowledge and experience are second to none.
What’s the most exciting recent highlight for your business? 60 year birthday this year. Acquiring other businesses as we grow, yet still looking after our long term customers. Securing pest control work across Paradise Island. Fumigating properties on the outer islands is a big achievement as the planning and logistics needed to make that work is a lot.
Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months? We are continuing to expand across the family islands, so they can have a fumigating service out there, where we know services are harder to come by and support further the re-opening of Grand Bahama as we reopen our office this year after 3 years.
What advice would you offer to someone starting their own small business? Right People, right jobs. Take your time selecting your team and share with them the business plan, get advice and ideas that can move the business forward.
