Describe what your business provides for its customers: We provide business efficiency solutions for problems that plague business and we do that by adding automation where needed, integrating different systems so the environment is more cohesive, and creating custom software to solve specific problems or issues.


Give us a brief history of your business and what makes it unique: Plato Alpha was founded by 2 senior software engineers that saw a need in The Bahamas for local software development talent. Yes, we are Bahamians and our quality of work and level of service exceeds international standards. Another thing that makes us unique is that we aren't a 1 trick pony, we are fully capable and have demonstrated our team's ability to bring many different ideas and concepts to life from financial trading applications, web portals, automated telephone assistants, payment gateways, and many others.


What’s the most exciting recent highlight for your business? The most exciting recent highlight would have to be the launch of our HR & Payroll platform TriblockHR. This was built to solve a major pain point in many local businesses handling their HR & Payroll process effectively.


Where do you hope to see your business in 12 months? Over the next 12 months, I see us being the technology leader within The Bahamas. And having our HR & Payroll platform empowering almost all HR departments in companies that operate in The Bahamas.


What advice would you offer to someone starting their own small business? The advice I would give is to do something different, don't get into the same old businesses that everyone else does on a daily basis, and choose something that you can have a disproportionate advantage in based on your skills, experience, and what the market needs.
