Business recovery is about the management of businesses facing problems. The objective of the business guide to survival programme is to find strategies to help your business recover from the C virus. This has upended businesses both large and small, but here is how we can help you limit the damage.
The objective of the course is to provide a number of structured techniques and frameworks that are required to undertake a deep analysis of the business situation that you’re facing.
