Winston C. Rolle

Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers' Confederation

Winston Rolle currently serves as both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC) and also serves as the Managing Director of Bahamas Technology Solutions, an outsourced service provider specializing in Image and Item Processing and Document Management Solutions where he is an equity partner.

He served in the capacity as President during the period of 2003-2005 and has numerous years on the Board of the Chamber and for a period of time managed the Administration of the organization.

He has served on a number of Boards on behalf of the Chamber including the National Insurance Board where he served as Chairman of the Operations Committee.

Mr. Rolle started his professional career as a Computer Technician and over the past twenty plus years has held a number of sales, management and executive level positions. In 2007, along with two partners, he started Bahamas technology Solutions Ltd. to provide Image and Item Processing Services to the Financial Business Community and further expanded to provide Document Management Solutions.

Mr. Rolle has been a member of the Rotary Club of Nassau since 1994 and is a Past President of the Club. Hi is currently the Club’s youth chairperson and club trainer.

Mr. Rolle and his wife Valencia have two daughters Michaela and Winsome.
